Seattle Taxi — Terms & Conditions

Service & Confirmation — Private, pre-booked rides across Seattle. Your booking is confirmed when you receive email/SMS.
Payments & Pricing — Prepaid only via secure link: debit/credit card, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal. Upfront pricing shown before you confirm; taxes/fees (tolls, airport/port, parking) may apply.
Wait Time & Extras — Grace: 15 min street pickups; 45 min after SEA domestic arrivals (60 min international). Extra stops/route changes billed additionally.
Cancellations/No-Shows — Free cancel until 24 hrs before pickup. Within 24 hrs or for no-shows (not present after grace), up to full fare may be charged.
Airport/Cruise/Hotels — SEA, Pier 66/91, and Downtown hotels supported. Meet points sent by SMS; curbside when legal/safe.
Vehicles, Luggage & Child Seats — Sedans/SUVs/vans. Disclose luggage/oversize items. Child seats on request; customer ensures proper use per WA law.
Conduct & Safety — Seatbelts required; no smoking/vaping/open containers. Service may be refused for unsafe/abusive behavior or overcapacity.
Cleaning & Damage — Excess mess/spills/biohazards: $150–$300 cleaning fee plus repair costs if applicable.
Delays & Liability — ETAs are estimates. Not liable for missed flights/cruises/meetings due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other force-majeure events.
